The LeanFed Path
Nobody hands you a plan for this. You get a prescription, a titration schedule, and a lot of internet. The LeanFed Path is the missing structure: five free stages, each with the habits to build, what is actually happening in your body, and the guides that fit where you are right now. Start wherever you actually are — including before your first dose.
The early stages are the most built-out so far — they are where the questions are hardest. Later stages have their core guides and keep growing. The whole Path stays free, and none of it is medical advice: dose, side-effect severity and whether to continue are your prescriber's call, not ours.
Stage 3: Building
Steady dose. Now the job is protein first and strength, twice a week.
Stage 4: Keeping
Lower appetite is normal now. The work is keeping the habits, and your life.
How the Path works
Each stage is organised around the week you are actually having, not a calendar. Considering, Starting, Adjusting, Building and Keeping each open with a short “you’re at this stage if” list, so you can recognise your stage rather than be assigned one. Then come the skills worth building now, what is going on in your body in plain language, the gear that removes a real friction point (and what can wait), milestones you can tick off, and free resources worth your time.
Every stage also carries a clinician note: the symptoms that mean calling your prescriber, placed above anything you could buy. Stages move in both directions. A dose change, a rough month or a trip can put you back a stage, and that is normal rather than a setback. When you are unsure where you are, the quiz takes two minutes and stores nothing beyond your own browser.
Who it is for
Anyone taking, or about to start, a GLP-1 or GIP/GLP-1 medication — a weekly pen, a daily tablet or a compounded version — who wants the practical side covered: eating enough protein when appetite is small, keeping up with fluids, holding on to muscle, and storing and travelling with the medication by its own label. It is also useful for the person cooking for, or shopping with, someone who is.
What it is not
It is not medical advice and it never touches dosing: not how much, not when to increase, not whether to stop. It does not set a protein target for you — most clinicians set one per person, so ask yours. No product on this site treats a side effect; at most, one may help with comfort, convenience or keeping track. And nothing here is a programme you can fall behind on. The Path is free, it stays free, and how we research is published: we compare specs, labels and owner reviews, and we do not test products.
On almost every stage
A protein source you can actually finish, and a bottle you'll sip from all day.
